Printed Collateral
Allso-Print can design and print everything for your mailing, comprising postcards, leaflets, brochures, self-mailers, magazines, newsletters and of course envelopes. We personalise addresses with inkjet and laser technologies on to postcards, envelopes and carrier sheets. We can also personalise extensively throughout your mailing in full colour with our premium digital facilities.
Data Cleansing
The key to success for any Direct Marketing and Direct Mail campaign is accurate data. Our experienced data team will remove any poor quality or ‘dirty’ data to ensure your campaign achieves its full potential. Our range of data cleansing services includes: case conversion and salutations; deduping to all levels; gone aways, bereavement and mail preference suppressions and Postcode Address File Validation (PAF) which improves the accuracy of your addresses.
Enclosing
We can insert up to eight items per envelope in to C6, DL, C5 and everything up to C4 sized envelopes. For bulkier mailings up to A3 in size we polywrap enclose in clear and printed polythene films, available with optional biodegradable and compostable films.
Postage
The biggest expense in your direct mail project can often be the postal charges. We operate the full range of Royal Mail and The Delivery Group (downstream access) services to keep your postage costs to a minimum. Our postage options are ‘Mailmark’ which features unique bar codes, sorted ‘Business’ or ‘Advertising Mail’ (previously known as Mailsort) for mailings of over 4,000 items, 1st class (next day), 2nd class (2-3 day) and Economy (4 day). For sorted mail, the entire mailing is printed and fulfilled then bagged and tagged in postcode sequence – reducing the work required by Royal Mail.
GDPR
Under ‘legitimate interest’ rules, GDPR doesn’t extend to Direct Mail for contacting protects, lapsed and existing clients. No consents are necessary providing you have recognised any data subjects choice to opt out.
Email Campaigns
We can follow up physical mailings with email campaigns, all designed to increase action and revenue. Campaigns are 75% more likely to report profit uplifts when printed mail is in the mix.
