Continuous Reel or Fanfold Labels
Most of the label orders we supply are delivered on the roll or reel. Labels are used in a wide range of diverse applications which requires a comprehensive range of materials: standard, matt and gloss white papers, silver and gold metallics, thermal transfer and direct thermal papers, opaque materials, polypropylene (PPE), polyethylene (PE), vinyl, clear and many more. Manufactured with a range of adhesives: peelable, standard permanent, high tack and even ‘rubber’ for use on vehicle tyres. With a large selection of standard stock cutters and the cost-effective supply of new bespoke cutters we can safely say that we can supply almost any size and shape of labels to suit your requirements.
Serial or Sequential Numbered Labels
Serial or sequential numbered labels are produced according to your specific requirements, with unique numbers and codes based on your supplied data or created by us. They can feature barcodes, check digits and any branding and are commonly used on products to track shipments, batch dates, production lots and model numbers. They aid quality control, help with traceability, and protect against counterfeiting.
Mark & Seal Labels
‘Mark & Seal’ labels allow you to handwrite variable information at the time of application, then use the clear laminate to over-seal the writing on the label. This provides a durable vinyl seal over the information giving protection from tampering as well as cleaning or abrasion. We recommend using a ‘UV’ resistant marker pen to prevent fading from sunlight exposure. These labels are ideal for asset labels, test and calibration labels, service labels, air conditioning labels, freezers, PAT testing and much more.
Window Stickers
Window stickers are a highly visible way to grab attention, typically used as security passes, membership access and to promote your business or brand. They can be sequentially numbered or even personalised with supplied names to support security and restrict access. Our window stickers are printed so you see the content from outside the car as standard, with the option to print content on the back which is visible from inside. We use a premium material that will not cure on car windows allowing easy removal.
Destructible Security Labels
These security labels are made from a destructible material that is designed to break up into thousands of tiny little pieces should you try to remove it. Widely used to protect against tampering, to protect product warrantees, restrict access to service hatches and for test and calibration applications.
Tamper Evident Security Labels
These security labels are made from a material that leaves the word ‘void’ on the adhesive side of the label when removed. The label can be removed in one piece, but you can see the label has been tampered with preventing credible reapplication. The item the label was removed from will bear the missing ‘void’. Widely used to protect against tampering, to protect product warrantees and for test and calibration applications.
Laser Labels
We supply plain and printed laser labels in both Avery compatible standard sizes and custom sizes. Choose from bespoke printed or plain A4 sheets on standard matt paper and semi-gloss papers with permanent adhesive and removable adhesives. All our A4 label sheets are designed to perform in high-speed laser printers, desktop laser printers and inkjet printers.
