Print Technologies

At Allso-Print we use the three print technologies to manufacture our range of products:

Litho printing

This method uses aluminium printing plates and is ideal for long print runs and some would say the best quality. We use both sheet fed and web fed (material on a reel) presses.

Digital printing

This technology doesn’t use physical printing plates which makes it cheaper for short print runs and perfect for jobs with personalisation. We use sheet fed digital presses for brochure work and a web fed digital press for label work.

Flexo printing

The plates used have a raised print area just like that of a typewriter letter and ‘letterpress’ printing. We use flexo printing exclusively for label printing where all materials are supplied on the reel.
